Colorado Ends State Health Emergency
Last week, Governor Jared Polis ended the Health Emergency Executive Orders for COVID-19, rescinded all previous Executive Orders issued due to the COVID-19 pandemic and signed a Recovery Executive Order. The new order re-focuses the state’s pandemic response to prioritize increasing vaccine uptake and economic recovery efforts. The State has reached a milestone of 70% of adult Coloradans receiving at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. You can read the Recovery Executive Order here. Denver Health will continue to have masking guidelines in place and continue equitably distributing vaccines.
